Privacy policy

Last updated August 1, 2026

This policy explains what information Continuum Hub collects, how it's used, and the choices you have around it. We've tried to write it in plain language rather than dense legal boilerplate.

1. Information we collect

Account information you provide directly — name, email, and workspace details — when you sign up or invite teammates.

Usage data generated as you use the product: projects created, build steps run, and general interaction patterns, used to improve reliability and performance.

Content you create in your projects, including briefs, generated code, and connected integration data, stored to power the build loop and version history.

2. How we use information

To operate and improve the product — running builds, maintaining uptime, and diagnosing issues.

To communicate with you about your account, security notices, and — only if you opt in — product updates.

To enforce our terms of service and protect the security of the platform and its users.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell your data to third parties.

We don't use the content of your private projects to train models without your explicit, opt-in consent.

4. Data retention & deletion

You can export or delete any project at any time from your workspace settings. Deleted projects are purged from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90.

Closing your account triggers deletion of your account data, subject to any retention required by law or active billing disputes.

5. Your choices

You can access, correct, or export your personal data from account settings at any time.

Enterprise customers can request additional data processing agreements, regional data residency, and custom retention terms.
