Terms of service
Last updated August 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of Continuum Hub. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them.
1. Using Continuum Hub
You must be able to form a binding contract to use Continuum Hub, and you're responsible for the content of the briefs, code, and data you put into the platform.
You won't use Continuum Hub to build or operate anything illegal, to circumvent the platform's usage limits, or to reverse-engineer the underlying build engine.
2. Your content and code
You own everything you build. Projects generated in Continuum Hub — including the underlying source code — belong to you, and you can export them at any time.
By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the service — running builds, storing history, and providing support.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Pro plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Enterprise plans are governed by a separate order form.
You can cancel at any time from billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued except where required by law.
4. Service availability
We target the uptime described in our system status page and any applicable SLA, but the service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or generate abusive load on shared infrastructure.
5. Limitation of liability
Continuum Hub is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
6. Changes to these terms
We'll notify active accounts of material changes to these terms at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that point constitutes acceptance.
